2.1 Features and Structure

Optimum Rigid Structure / High-speed / High-precision: The machine adopts a vertical C-shaped structure design, the best high-rigidity structure. A small five-axis processing machine specially designed for customers with the smallest footprint. The big span structure of Y axis wider junction between column and base provides the most stable.

High speed A.T.C: Tool change time up to 2.3 sec. and highly reliable automatic tool change mechanism cooperated with rapid traverse of three axes shortens the machining time enhancing the output.

CNC tilting rotary table: Precision computerized indexing rotary table is suitable for machining workpiece from different angles including curve surface. Table size Ø220mm: The double-axis single-arm table is driven by one side. The single-arm design is easy to operate and saves space inside the machine.

HIGH PERFORMANCE SPINDLE: BBT 30/40 taper provides a firmer grip to the tools, which prevents tool vibration that affects machining accuracy.
